What we do
We help teams ship AI features that actually work. From a one-page brief to running in production.
01 / Capabilities
01
Tools that plan, take action, and finish a task. We build the planning, the tool calls, the guardrails, and the dashboards to watch them run.
02
Pipelines that pull answers from your documents, code, or product data — with citations you can trust.
03
Full product builds — model, app, billing, auth, monitoring. Live on Vercel, ready for users.
04
Marketing sites, internal tools, and apps. Fast, accessible, and pleasant to use.
05
We measure AI quality the way you measure latency. Tests that fail when the model gets worse.
06
Weekly reviews, prompt tweaks, model swaps, cost checks. The launch is not the end.
02 / Process
01
Week 1
We hop on a call, ask a lot of questions, and write a one-page brief you sign off on.
02
Weeks 1–2
A working version in days. Real model calls, real interactions — not a Figma file.
03
Weeks 2–8
The production version, with weekly check-ins. You see progress as it happens.
04
Ongoing
Monitoring, tweaks, model swaps. We stay on as long as it's useful.
03 / How we engage
Most projects start with a short focused sprint — two to four weeks — to prove the idea works. From there, we either keep going into a full build or hand you a working prototype to take in-house.
Full builds usually run six to twelve weeks. We work in weekly milestones with regular demos and you see real, working software at each step. After launch we’re available on retainer to keep iterating, swap models, and watch the metrics.
Pricing depends on scope. The fastest way to find out if we’re a fit is to send us a note about what you’re building.
